OUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Robert has over 13 years of professional experience in the food & restaurant business. Robert's experience during his 25+ years working in several retail & food businesses, plus, PUBLISHER of a local guidebook to Berkeley, CA titled "The Shops & Restaurants of Berkeley" and several other" retail store & restaurant publications" ,in the late 1970's-early '80's, allows him to see beyond the "kitchen door" and spot ALL the necessary "ingredients" of a successful restaurant, cafe, or service business.

Gloria owned and operated a successful restaurant in the Philippines during and after her college days. Her continued love of quality food gives her the knowledge and desire to find those restaurants that will please her discriminating palate.

SEARCHING FOR THE "GOLD STANDARD" IN QUALITY

In all the years I have been eating at restaurants, the KEY question is...

"Do I want to come back to this restaurant to dine again?"

The first question factors in the following questions:

"What's the quality of food, atmosphere, service. and ??????"

"Does the price justify the qualities listed above?"

"Will I want to bring my friends here or recommend it to others?"

In the short time we've been in Las Vegas we have attempted to locate "OUR" restaurants.....places we will eat at for years to come.....(or until one of the quality factors changes)

A recent transplant from the Berkeley-San Francisco area, we left our 'favorites', and now need to find NEW favorites.

99.9% OF THE RESTAURANTS, ON THE FEW PAGES LISTED, HAVE NOT BEEN REVIEWED BY ME. WHEN YOU SEE A " " ALONG SIDE OF THE RESTAURANT, WE HAVE EATEN THERE, TRIED SEVERAL OF THE ENTREES, AND WE' HAVE JUDGED THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE FOR OURSELVES........... TO SHARE WITH YOU.
